Apple Orange Kiwi Smoothie recipe

A very healthy and rich smoothie that contains key ingredients as kiwi orange apple and oats and gets ready in just 10 mins

Materials

  • 1 large apple cored and chopped (keep the skin for extra fiber)
  • 3 kiwis peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons oats soaked in sweet water or apple juice
  • 2 teaspoon orange juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger grated optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh curd
  • 4 teaspoon honey or as per taste
  • 2 pinch black salt
  • 1 cup Ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the ingredients in the given order and blend until smooth.
  • Put some ice cubes in a glass and pour the prepared smoothie.
  • Add crushed ice as per the choice.
  • Garnish with kiwi slice and serve chilled.
