Idli Chilly
A very easy recipe to make with fresh idlis or you can also make this with the leftover and that too with just 5 ingrredients and it is very quick to make in less than 20 mins.
Yield: 4 bowls
Materials
- 6-7 idli
- 1 Onion cut into cubes
- 1 capsicum cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp chilly sauce
- 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
- Salt
- Oil
Instructions
- Take kadai, add oil , now add onion and capsicum , fry for few minutes , now add chopped garlic cook till raw aroma of garlic goes away.
- Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, schezwan sauce, salt
- Now add idli cubes, mix well everything.
- Serve hot
