Chicken Pulav Recipe

Materials

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2-3 tbsp biryani masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Chopped onions chillies
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 250 gm Chicken

Instructions

  • Marinate the chicken with curd, turmeric,chilli powder and salt. Keep in refrigerator for 30mins to 1 hour.
  • Wash and soak the rice for 20-30 minutes.
  • Take a pressure cooker and add ghee,add masala’s,onions,chillies,ginger garlic paste. Saute well.
  • Add marinated chicken,chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder,garam masala.
  • Cook untill water oozes out from chicken, now add soaked rice and water. Add mint and coriander leaves. Pressure Cook upto 3 whistles.
