Chicken Pulav Recipe
Yield: 2 serves
Materials
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 2-3 tbsp biryani masala
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 Chopped onions chillies
- 1 tsp ghee
- 250 gm Chicken
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with curd, turmeric,chilli powder and salt. Keep in refrigerator for 30mins to 1 hour.
- Wash and soak the rice for 20-30 minutes.
- Take a pressure cooker and add ghee,add masala’s,onions,chillies,ginger garlic paste. Saute well.
- Add marinated chicken,chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder,garam masala.
- Cook untill water oozes out from chicken, now add soaked rice and water. Add mint and coriander leaves. Pressure Cook upto 3 whistles.
